About us
A community-driven approach to sustainable development
Founded in Mityana District, KEA was established in response to declining agricultural productivity, low household incomes, and increasing environmental degradation. The organization works closely with local communities to restore ecosystems while improving food security and economic resilience.
Through participatory planning and grassroots engagement, KEA connects communities with governments, NGOs, and development partners to drive long-term, locally led solutions.
From the Director
We brings together community action and practical environmental solutions. Our work is rooted in empowering people to restore ecosystems, improve livelihoods, and build a sustainable future.
